2 | stalks | celery, diced | |

1/2 | green pepper, diced | ||

1/2 | red pepper, diced | ||

1 | can | (10.75 oz.) condensed tomato soup, undiluted | |

2 | tablespoons | ketchup | |
|
|||
2 | tablespoons | sugar | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | Dijon mustard | |

1 | pkg. | (8 oz.) noodles, cooked | |
|
In a large skillet over medium high heat, cook onion and ground beef until browned. Add salt and pepper to taste, stir in mushrooms, celery and peppers. Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Stir in next 4 ingredients and cook, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes. Stir in noodles and stir to combine and heat through.
